Join us at Barnett Park for the Community Celebration following the 6th Annual Pine Hills Parade on Saturday, December 5, 2026. Businesses, nonprofit organizations, government agencies, community partners, service providers, and other organizations are invited to apply for vendor space.

The Community Celebration at Barnett Park brings parade participants, residents, families, businesses, public agencies, nonprofit organizations, and community partners together following the Pine Hills Parade.
Vendor space is intended to connect attendees with useful resources, services, products, information, food, and community organizations.

Community Celebration at Barnett Park
Approved vendors will receive specific setup, arrival, parking, placement, breakdown, and event-day instructions before the Parade.
Insurance
Applicable third-party vendors must provide insurance documentation that meets Orange County Risk Management requirements.
Permits & Licenses
Vendors are responsible for obtaining applicable business, health, food-service, fire, zoning, and other permits or licenses required for their activities.
Booth Equipment
Unless otherwise approved, vendors should be prepared to provide their own tent, tables, chairs, signage, equipment, supplies, and staffing.
Safe Operations
Vendor setups may not block emergency access, exits, pedestrian pathways, or create unsafe conditions.
Cleanup
Vendors are responsible for maintaining their space and removing equipment, materials, products, and waste at the conclusion of the event.
Approval Required
Submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance, vendor placement, or permission to conduct the proposed activity.
Planning a Product Activation?
Vendor registration is free for approved standard vendor participation. A commercial product activation, experiential marketing campaign, branded sampling program, promotional installation, or similar enhanced brand activation may require a Parade sponsorship agreement.
