The Pine Hills Parade depends on volunteers who are dependable, welcoming, and ready to support the community. Volunteers may assist before the parade, during parade day, or with follow-up activities after the event.
Check-In & Administration
Support registration, volunteer check-in, information tables, records, and participant assistance.
Setup & Breakdown
Help prepare event areas, place materials, organize supplies, and restore spaces after the parade.
Community Outreach
Help share parade information, distribute materials, and connect with residents and partners.
Route Support
Assist assigned teams with participant flow, directions, staging, and general route coordination.
Hospitality
Welcome volunteers and participants and help create a positive, organized community experience.
Media & Documentation
Support approved photography, video, social media, storytelling, and event documentation needs.
